Cal.com is a powerful scheduling solution that syncs with your existing calendar (Google, Outlook, Apple) and allows your CAll ViVi agent to check availability and book appointments directly in your existing calendar.

Through Cal.com, Call ViVi can sync with over 70 integrations (popular conferencing, calendar, analytics, CRM, payment, and messaging apps, like Google Calendar, Outlook, Apple Calendar, Google Analytics, Hubspot, Salesforce, PayPal, and Stripe). When ViVi connects with your calendar, she can schedule/confirm/cancel/reschedule appointments, or text a scheduling link to your customers to schedule their own appointments (schedule link text is optional).

Cal.com supported primary calendars:

  • Google Calendar

  • Microsoft Outlook / Office 365

  • Apple iCloud Calendar

  • Exchange & CalDAV calendars

This means that if you use any other scheduling software, Call ViVi will need you to sync your calendar to Google Calendar (or Apple/Outlook).
